A number of MCOH staff took time out of a busy schedule to enjoy some mountain biking at Bloom E Riders, Kinnity, Co. Offaly. With the help of electric assisted mountain bikes, staff took on the trails of the Slieve Bloom Mountains, and lived to tell the tale!
